when hot .Leave it for a few hours or overnight and no go ,can crank over
till the battery is dead.Choke seems to be working ok,can't figure what the
problem is.

Never had that problem here in Florida....only a lack of places to
actually ride.

Hi krppy,

I have been having a similar problem. Turns out in my case it is a weak
battery. My machine fires right up when I jump start it from my car. The
battery in the machine just does not have enough power to crank the engine
fast enough to light when it has been sitting for a few days in the cold.
If I jump it with the car, then it starts immediately. After it runs for 10
minutes it starts right up on the battery.

Try pouring a little motor oil in the plug hole when it's cold and see if it
starts right up that way....not too much though, worth a shot.

Hi. Try running a hotter burning spark plug in it during the colder seasons
of the year.
